Having taken pain killers for osteoarthritis for my knees, I thought it was about time to try something different. Well I have to say Charlotte has worked miracles with acupuncture. After only a couple of sessions my mobility has improved and after the 6th and final session the inflammation has reduced noticeably and pain levels have reduced considerably too.
