I can’t thank Charlotte enough for how she has changed my life for the better in so many ways the list is endless. From being in agony to having no pain, being so frightened of having surgery she helped give me confidence and I sailed through it, putting boundaries in place that I thought were there until I realised that there was loads of room for improvement. I feel like a weight has been lifted and feel great. She’s amazing.
